Architecture & System Overview
People work fails on writing. A handbook nobody reads, a review that says someone is a strong team player, a reorganisation announced in an order that guaranteed the rumour got there first.
The HR & People Ops Workflow is a 128-prompt playbook covering handbooks and policy, performance reviews, feedback and difficult conversations, learning and development, succession and org design, change communication, onboarding, and volunteers and contingent workers.
Start with the People Primer — paste in your company size, structure, review cycle and jurisdiction — and every prompt after it writes for your organisation.
The review prompts reject adjectives and demand evidence, because a review describing someone as a great communicator gives them nothing to act on and gives you nothing to defend if the assessment is ever challenged. The change comms section sequences who hears what in which order and anticipates the questions people ask each other privately, which are rarely the ones asked in the meeting.
Not employment law advice. Anything touching discipline, dismissal, discrimination, grievance or a protected characteristic is flagged for qualified employment counsel in your jurisdiction rather than answered.

The evidence test rewrote our whole review cycle
Ran twelve manager-written reviews through it. Almost every one was adjectives. Making managers supply what actually happened took longer and produced the first review round our people found useful.
Change comms sequencing
We were about to announce a restructure to everyone at once. The sequencing prompt worked out who needed a private conversation first and what they would ask. Went far better than our last one.
Stops short on legal, correctly
It will not touch anything disciplinary and repeatedly says to get counsel. Right call, but if you were hoping for guidance on a live employment issue this is not that.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the separate systems you used to sell?
It is all of them, in one purchase. HR Policy & Employee Handbook, Performance Review & Feedback, Learning & Development Plan, Succession Planning & Org Design, Change Management & Comms Plan, Volunteer Recruitment & Onboarding, Customer Onboarding Plan Builder are now sections inside this toolkit, alongside 1 more that were never sold separately. Bought individually they came to $134.
Can it write our employment policies?
It drafts policy in plain language and helps you think through exceptions and edge cases. It cannot tell you what is legally required in your jurisdiction, and the Primer sets a standing rule to flag anything in that territory. Have employment counsel review anything binding.
Will it help with a difficult employee situation?
It helps you prepare an early feedback conversation — naming behaviour and impact clearly. Once a situation moves toward discipline, dismissal or a grievance, it stops and tells you to involve qualified counsel, because that is where getting it wrong is expensive for everyone.
Is it useful without a dedicated HR function?
That is largely who it is for. Founders and managers doing people work without an HR team get most from handbooks, reviews, feedback and onboarding. Succession and org design assume a little more scale.
How is it delivered?
You receive a PDF with all 128 prompts organized into 8 sections, delivered within 24 hours of purchase. No app or account required — copy a prompt, fill in the bracketed variables, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes. Your purchase includes a single-user commercial and personal license, so you can use every prompt in your own business or for client deliverables without restriction.
