Architecture & System Overview
Most business plans are written to feel confident rather than to find out anything. The market is sized by multiplication, the competitors are dismissed, and the riskiest assumption is never stated because stating it would be uncomfortable.
The Business Strategy Playbook is a 148-prompt playbook covering idea validation, lean canvas and value proposition, business plans, market and competitor research, pricing models, go-to-market, customer interviews, contracts and review, and procurement and vendors.
Start with the Venture Primer — paste in your idea, your stage, your customer and what you have genuinely validated as opposed to assumed — and every prompt after it works from evidence rather than hope.
Validation begins by naming the assumption that would kill the idea if it were false, then designing the cheapest test that could disprove it. Market sizing refuses top-down multiplication and asks what people currently do instead of buying anything, which is usually the real competitor. And the interview prompts are built to surface what someone actually did last time, because what a person says they would pay for is close to worthless as evidence.
The contract section is not legal advice. It summarises obligations in plain English and flags what to negotiate — anything binding needs a qualified lawyer, and the prompts say so.

The stop condition question stopped me
It asked what result would make me abandon the idea. I could not answer, which told me I was not testing anything, just building. Genuinely changed the next six months.
Refused to size my market by multiplication
I gave it a TAM calculated the usual fantasy way and it would not use it. Made me work out what people currently spend on the problem instead. The real number was smaller and far more useful.
Contract summary caught an auto-renew
Plain English summary flagged a twelve-month auto-renewal with a sixty-day notice window buried in clause fourteen. Took it to our lawyer, negotiated it out.
Uncomfortable by design
It is relentless about separating evidence from assumption and I did not enjoy how little I had of the former. Correct, but do not buy it for reassurance.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the separate systems you used to sell?
It is all of them, in one purchase. Business Plan Outline Builder, Lean Canvas & Value Proposition Builder, Market Research & Competitor Analysis, Pricing Strategy & Model Builder, Go-To-Market Plan Builder, Side-Hustle Idea Validator, Social Enterprise Business Plan, Customer Interview & Survey System, Product Discovery Interview Guide, Interview Transcript Analysis System, Contract Clause & Review System, Contract Plain-English Summary, Procurement & Vendor Evaluation, Vendor Email & Negotiation Script, Pricing & Procurement Response System are now sections inside this toolkit. Bought individually they came to $295.
Will it tell me my idea is bad?
If the evidence points that way, yes. The validation prompts rank assumptions by how fatal they would be if false and require a stated failure condition for every test. Several prompts explicitly cover killing an idea deliberately, which is cheaper than discovering it slowly.
Is the contract section a substitute for a lawyer?
No. It translates clauses into plain English so you understand what you are being asked to agree to, and flags terms usually worth negotiating. Signing anything consequential needs a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction, and the prompts flag when you have reached that point.
Is this for a startup or an established business?
Both, from different ends. Early stage uses validation, canvas, interviews and go-to-market. Established businesses get more from pricing, market research, procurement and contracts. The Primer asks your stage and adjusts.
How is it delivered?
You receive a PDF with all 148 prompts organized into 9 sections, delivered within 24 hours of purchase. No app or account required — copy a prompt, fill in the bracketed variables, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes. Your purchase includes a single-user commercial and personal license, so you can use every prompt in your own business or for client deliverables without restriction.
