Candidate Outreach Scripts
20 ready-to-send messages for approaching people who have already ignored three recruiters this week — first contact, follow-up sequences, and turning a no into a referral.
Key Capabilities & Features:
- •One hard rule: no message that could have been sent to a different candidate, which forces you to actually read the profile
- •No flattery about an impressive background, because every recruiter opens that way and it is the reason nobody reads the second line
- •A specific reason this message is arriving today, which is the thing templated outreach can never supply
- •The decline turned into a referral, since a good candidate who says no usually knows two who would say yes
This is one section of The Recruitment Agency Field Manual. The full toolkit adds 7 more sections and 136 prompts in total for $44.

Architecture & System Overview
The candidate you want has ignored three recruiters this week. Not because the roles were wrong, but because all three messages opened by telling them their background was impressive.
This is the Outreach That Gets Replies section of The Recruitment Agency Field Manual, sold as a standalone script library — 20 messages you fill in and send rather than prompts you have to shape first.
There is one rule and it governs everything: no message may be sendable to a second candidate. That is slower per message and it is the entire mechanism. A specific line about a specific thing they have done proves a human read the profile, which is the only signal that separates you from the other three.
The follow-up sequence gives each touch a stated reason to exist. "Just checking in" is not a reason and reads as an admission that there is nothing new to say.
And the decline scripts ask for a referral, because a strong candidate who is not moving usually knows two people who are, and that conversation is free at the exact moment most recruiters end the thread.
If you also need brief-taking, client development, screening, interview coordination or counter-offer handling, the full toolkit covers all eight areas.

Response rate roughly doubled
Slower to write, far better replies. The rule that it must be unsendable to anyone else is the whole trick and it is obvious in hindsight.
Referrals from declines
I used to say thanks anyway and close the thread. Asking properly has produced four introductions in two months, two of which placed.
Not a volume tool
If you were hoping to send two hundred messages a day this is the opposite of that. Fewer, better, slower. It happens to work, but it is a change of approach rather than a shortcut.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does this relate to The Recruitment Agency Field Manual?
This is one section of The Recruitment Agency Field Manual, sold on its own for people who only have this problem. It contains the same 20 scripts as that part of the toolkit — nothing is held back or rewritten. If you need more than this one area, the full toolkit is $44 and covers 8 sections with 136 prompts.
Do these work on LinkedIn, email, or both?
Both, and each script notes where length has to change. The rule about specificity matters more on LinkedIn, where the recipient can see how many similar messages arrived this week.
Are these prompts or finished messages?
Scripts with bracketed variables — but the brackets deliberately require something specific from the profile rather than a name and a job title. If you can fill them in without reading the profile, you have filled them in wrongly.
How is it delivered?
A PDF with all 20 scripts, delivered within 24 hours of purchase. Copy, fill in the bracketed variables, and paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
