Architecture & System Overview
Most lost B2B deals were losable long before the loss. One contact, no executive sponsor, a problem nobody quantified, and a next step that was never really agreed.
The B2B Sales System is a 172-prompt playbook covering cold email, cold calling, discovery, call summaries and follow-up, demos and objections, proposals and decks, RFPs and compliance, account plans, territory and pipeline, competitive battlecards, and coaching and 1:1s.
Start with the Deal Primer — paste in your ICP, your product, your price point, your typical sales cycle and your real competitors — and every prompt after it works your actual motion.
The discovery prompts are written to qualify out as readily as in, because a bad deal occupying forecast space costs more than an empty slot. The account planning section includes a single-threaded deal diagnostic, which is the most common reason a deal that looked safe evaporates in the final week when your one champion leaves or goes quiet. And the battlecards name where you genuinely lose to a competitor, since a rep who cannot concede a single point is not believed on any of the others.

Single-threaded diagnostic saved my quarter
Ran it on my three biggest deals. Two were entirely dependent on one enthusiastic contact with no economic buyer involved. Multithreaded both using the introduction script. One of them closed; my champion on the other left in November.
It tells you to walk away
The discovery prompts flagged a deal I had been working for six weeks as a no-budget fit. Painful to hear, obviously correct, and I got that time back.
Battlecards that admit weakness
Ours used to claim we won on everything, which no buyer believed. Naming the two areas where a competitor is genuinely better made the rest of the card credible. Win rate against them improved.
Heavy for a small team
Account planning and territory sections assume more structure than we have as a four-person team. Discovery and demo material is excellent regardless.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the separate systems you used to sell?
It is all of them, in one purchase. Cold Email Sequence for SDRs, Cold Call Opener & Script Builder, Discovery Call Question Bank, Discovery Call Summary & Follow-Up, Demo Script & Objection Handler, Sales Proposal & Deck Builder, RFP Response & Compliance Matrix, Account Plan & Executive Sponsor Map, Territory & Pipeline Planning System, Competitor Battlecard Builder, Sales Manager Coaching & 1:1 Plan are now sections inside this toolkit. Bought individually they came to $206.
Is this for reps or for managers?
Both. Cold outreach, discovery, demos, proposals and account plans are rep-facing. Territory planning, pipeline hygiene, deal reviews and coaching are manager-facing. The Deal Primer asks your role and the prompts adjust who they are addressing.
Will it write cold emails that sound automated?
It works hard against that. Personalisation prompts require something you actually know about the account rather than a scraped fact, and the Primer sets a standing rule against overstating your product. Emails written from a blank context will still sound generic — that is a garbage-in problem the toolkit tells you about.
Does it work for transactional sales, or only enterprise?
The Primer asks your deal size and cycle. Short-cycle transactional selling will use cold outreach, discovery and objection handling heavily and skip account planning and RFPs. Enterprise uses all of it.
How is it delivered?
You receive a PDF with all 172 prompts organized into 11 sections, delivered within 24 hours of purchase. No app or account required — copy a prompt, fill in the bracketed variables, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes. Your purchase includes a single-user commercial and personal license, so you can use every prompt in your own business or for client deliverables without restriction.
