The Web Design Studio System
140 copy-paste AI prompts for site builders — discovery and scoping, sitemap and page copy, Webflow and no-code builds, client handover, care plans and the revision limit that saves a project.
Key Capabilities & Features:
- •The Studio Primer: paste your build platform, typical project size, rates and how you handle revisions once — every prompt after it works for your studio
- •Scoping prompts that pin page count and who supplies content before a quote, which is where nearly every unprofitable site project originates
- •A content collection section, because the most common reason a project overruns is a client who has not sent the copy
- •Revision limits agreed before design begins, plus the script for the client who wants to start over at round three
- •140 prompts across 8 sections — discovery & scoping, sitemap & structure, page copy, build & components and more

Architecture & System Overview
Website projects rarely lose money on the build. They lose it waiting eleven weeks for the client's copy, and at revision round five on a project quoted for two.
The Web Design Studio System is a 140-prompt playbook covering discovery and scoping, sitemap and structure, page copy, build and components, content collection, revisions and sign-off, handover and training, and care plans.
Start with the Studio Primer — paste in what you build on, your typical project size, your rates and how you currently handle revisions — and every prompt after it works for your studio.
Scoping pins two things before you quote: the page count, and who is responsible for supplying content. Almost every unprofitable site project traces back to one of those being left vague, and both are trivially easy to agree at the start and impossible to agree later.
Content collection gets its own section with a deadline structure that actually holds and a placeholder policy, because a project stalled waiting on a client is still occupying your capacity while earning nothing.
And revisions are limited before design begins rather than negotiated at round four, with a script for the client who decides at round three that they want something completely different.
Works for Webflow, WordPress, Framer, Squarespace or hand-built. Platform-specific mechanics are named where they matter.

Verified User Feedback
It told me my ultimatum was not credible
I was about to threaten pausing a project I had no intention of pausing. It said so, and gave me the clause to put in the next contract instead. That honesty was more useful than the chase email.
Page count before quoting
Obvious in hindsight. Pinning the number of pages and who writes them at discovery has ended the argument I used to have on every third project.
Round three redesign script
A client wanted to start over after approving two rounds. Having the words ready — and having stated the revision limit up front — turned it into a change order instead of three unpaid weeks.
Nothing on design craft
It is business and process, not visual design. Stated clearly, but do not buy expecting layout or typography guidance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this Webflow-specific?
No. The Primer asks what you build on and the prompts name platform-specific mechanics — CMS collections, class naming, editor permissions — where they differ. Discovery, scoping, copy, content collection, revisions and handover are platform-independent, and that is most of the toolkit.
Does it write the code or build the site?
No. It covers the work around the build: scoping, structure, copy, client management, handover and recurring revenue. The design and implementation stay with you.
I am a solo freelancer, not a studio. Still useful?
More so, arguably — solo builders absorb scope creep and content delays personally rather than across a team. The Primer asks your size and the care plan section assumes you want recurring revenue without hiring.
How is it delivered?
You receive a PDF with all 140 prompts organized into 8 sections, delivered within 24 hours of purchase. No app or account required — copy a prompt, fill in the bracketed variables, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes. Your purchase includes a single-user commercial and personal license, so you can use every prompt in your own business or for client deliverables without restriction.
