Architecture & System Overview
The 48 Laws of Power AI Toolkit is an unofficial, independent framework for turning power-dynamics ideas into practical leadership and stakeholder decisions.
It is designed for founders, managers, consultants, and senior professionals who need to understand incentives, informal influence, reputation, alliances, negotiation leverage, and organizational risk without resorting to manipulation.
The toolkit uses an original situation primer, diagnostic maps, decision trees, scorecards, and scripts. It will not reproduce the book, provide a chapter-by-chapter summary, copy its law ordering, or reproduce its distinctive wording.
Ethical boundary: this system is not designed to deceive, coerce, exploit, harass, retaliate against, or manipulate people. It focuses on legitimate influence, clear communication, boundaries, documentation, and knowing when to exit.
The full 96-prompt system is available now as an instant digital download after purchase. This is an unofficial, independent work and is not affiliated with Robert Greene, his representatives, or any publisher or rights holder.

The incentive map is brutally honest
Ran the stakeholder mapping before our reorg and the five-layer power map was brutally honest — it showed me exactly who was necessary but not sufficient. The reputation and dependency scorecards flagged exposure I would never have named on my own. All of it stays on the ethical side; nothing here needs manipulation to be useful.
Excellent diagnostic, dense to work through
The situation primer is an excellent diagnostic for navigating office politics — it separated stated goals from the incentives actually operating in the room. It is dense though; you need to work through one module at a time rather than bingeing it. I got the most out of Leverage and Negotiation, but only after giving each section a full sitting.
Ethical leverage without the manipulation
Consulting engagements are full of power dynamics and this gave me ethical leverage without any manipulation playbook. The exit and recovery module was the sleeper hit — the walk-away trigger definitions saved me from a contract I should never have taken. The boundary scripts read like a real senior operator wrote them.
