The Roblox Developer Protocol
128 copy-paste AI prompts for experience creators — game concepts and descriptions, monetisation design, update logs, community and moderation, events, retention and DevEx planning.
Key Capabilities & Features:
- •The Experience Primer: paste your game, its core loop, player counts and current retention once — every prompt after it works your actual numbers
- •A first-two-minutes section, since that window decides retention more than anything else and is where most experiences lose players silently
- •Monetisation prompts that hold the pay-to-win line, because the short-term revenue from crossing it costs more than it earns
- •Revenue-split prompts for collaborators, agreed before there is money to argue about
- •128 prompts across 8 sections — experience concepts, descriptions & thumbnails, monetisation design, retention & session length and more
- •Works with ChatGPT (GPT-5), Claude Opus 5 and Gemini 3.7 Flash — fill the bracket, paste, done
One-time payment • Lifetime access & future updates

Architecture & System Overview
Roblox experiences do not usually fail on the idea. They fail in the first two minutes, where a player who cannot tell what to do leaves and never appears in any metric you were watching.
The Roblox Developer Protocol is a 128-prompt playbook covering experience concepts, descriptions and thumbnails, monetisation design, retention and session length, updates and announcements, community and moderation, events and collaborations, and team and DevEx.
Start with the Experience Primer — paste in your game, its core loop, your player counts and your current retention — and every prompt after it works your actual numbers.
The retention section concentrates on the opening two minutes because that is where the largest share of players is lost and where almost no design attention goes. A player who does not understand the loop in that window is gone, and the analytics show it as a low session time rather than as a comprehension failure.
The monetisation prompts hold a line on pay-to-win. Crossing it reliably raises revenue for a few weeks and reliably kills a game's community afterwards, and the prompts will tell you when a proposed item is over that line.
And the collaboration section settles revenue splits before there is revenue, which is the only point at which that conversation is easy.

Verified User Feedback
My spawn area required reading
The two-minute audit walked through it as a new player and found they had to read a sign before anything happened. Replaced it with an obvious first action and day-one retention moved from 22% to 34%.
It refused a game pass idea
I wanted a pass that gave a speed boost in a competitive mode. It said plainly that was a competitive advantage non-payers could not earn and suggested a cosmetic equivalent instead. Community would have hated the original.
No scripting help
Design, monetisation and community, none of it code. Clearly stated. I still needed the Game Developer toolkit for broader design work and the two overlap a little.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it write Luau or build anything?
No. This is design, monetisation, community and communication — concepts, descriptions, retention analysis, update logs, moderation. The scripting and building stay with you and Roblox Studio.
Is it appropriate given Roblox's young player base?
The moderation section is written with that specifically in mind, and the monetisation prompts refuse pay-to-win and manipulative limited-item mechanics. Anything touching child safety policy is directed to Roblox's own rules rather than answered, since those change and are not something a prompt pack should improvise on.
I have a small experience with few players. Is this useful?
The retention and first-two-minutes material is most valuable at small scale, because that is when you can still change the opening cheaply. DevEx and team split sections assume more revenue and you will skip them for now.
How is it delivered?
You receive a PDF with all 128 prompts organized into 8 sections, delivered within 24 hours of purchase. No app or account required — copy a prompt, fill in the bracketed variables, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes. Your purchase includes a single-user commercial and personal license, so you can use every prompt in your own business or for client deliverables without restriction.
