The Game Developer Protocol
124 copy-paste AI prompts for game teams — level and quest design, narrative and dialogue, character lore, mechanics and balance, UI/UX briefs, launch marketing and community.

Architecture & System Overview
Small teams lose games in two places: a system that turns out to have one dominant strategy, and a store page written the week before launch.
The Game Developer Protocol is a 124-prompt playbook covering level and quest design, narrative and dialogue, character and lore, mechanics and balance, UI and UX briefs, launch and marketing, and community and competitive.
Start with the Project Primer — paste in your genre, your scope, your team size, your engine and your target platform — and every prompt after it works inside your real constraints instead of proposing features you cannot build.
The balance section is built around finding dominant strategies before players do, because a system that survives internal playtesting for months gets broken publicly in a weekend. The launch section takes store page copy seriously: wishlists are decided by a short paragraph and a capsule image, and both are usually written last by whoever has time.

Dominant strategy hunt found two exploits
Described my crafting and combat economy and it found an unbounded resource loop I had missed across four months of playtesting. Estimated a player would find it in under two hours. It was right when we tested it.
Store page copy I could not write myself
I had been putting off the capsule text for months. The store page prompts got me a paragraph that actually says what the game is, and wishlists moved after we updated it.
Community section is small
Design and balance are the strong parts. Community and competitive is twelve prompts covering Discord, patch notes and tournaments, which is thin for three quite different jobs.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the separate systems you used to sell?
It is all of them, in one purchase. Game Level & Quest Designer, Game Narrative & Dialogue Writer, Character Backstory & Lore Builder, Game Mechanic & Balance Plan, Game UI & UX Wireframe Brief, Game Marketing & Launch Plan, Esports Team & Tournament Plan are now sections inside this toolkit. Bought individually they came to $240.
Is this for solo developers or studios?
Written with solo developers and small teams in mind. The Project Primer asks for your team size and hard constraints, and the prompts are instructed not to propose work you cannot build. A larger studio with dedicated designers will find the design sections thinner than their own process.
Does it write code or shaders?
No. This is design, writing, briefing and launch — documentation and decisions, not implementation. There is nothing engine-specific beyond asking which engine you use so terminology matches.
How is it delivered?
You receive a PDF with all 124 prompts organized into 7 sections, delivered within 24 hours of purchase. No app or account required — copy a prompt, fill in the bracketed variables, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes. Your purchase includes a single-user commercial and personal license, so you can use every prompt in your own business or for client deliverables without restriction.
