Architecture & System Overview
Photography is maybe two hours of shooting wrapped in briefs, quotes, culling, editing, delivery and the client who wants one more version.
The Photography Business Blueprint is a 116-prompt playbook covering shot lists and location planning, portrait briefs, product and commercial briefs, editing workflow, portfolio curation, client communication, and pricing and packages.
Start with the Studio Primer — paste in your genre, your typical client, your rates and your turnaround — and every prompt after it writes for your business rather than for photography in general.
The brief prompts are written to be sent, not just read: pre-shoot questionnaires that surface what a client actually wants while there is still time to plan for it. The pricing section costs shoots in edit hours rather than shoot hours, which is where most quotes quietly lose money, and the licensing prompts settle usage rights before the shutter rather than after a client puts your image on a billboard.

The pre-shoot questionnaire changed my portrait work
Asking what they dislike about photos of themselves, phrased gently, gets answers that completely change how I light and pose someone. My reshoot rate has dropped to almost nothing.
Costing in edit hours was the wake-up call
I had been quoting on shoot time and eating the edit. Running my last six jobs through the pricing prompt showed two of them were barely break-even. Repriced everything.
Wanted more on weddings specifically
Portrait and commercial sections are thorough. Weddings are covered by the general shot list and logistics prompts but do not get their own section, which is what I mostly shoot.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the separate systems you used to sell?
It is all of them, in one purchase. Photography Shot List & Location Plan, Photography Session Brief (Portrait), Photography Session Brief (Product), Photography Editing Workflow Planner, Photography Portfolio Curation System are now sections inside this toolkit, alongside 2 more that were never sold separately. Bought individually they came to $172.
Does this cover the creative side or just the business side?
Both, weighted toward process. Shot lists, briefs, direction notes and portfolio curation are creative-adjacent. Editing workflow, pricing, licensing and client communication are business. What it does not do is teach you to light or compose — it assumes you can already shoot.
Is this useful for a hobbyist?
Partly. Shot lists, briefs and portfolio curation apply to anyone. Roughly half the toolkit is about charging, licensing and client management, which is wasted if you are not selling work.
How is it delivered?
You receive a PDF with all 116 prompts organized into 7 sections, delivered within 24 hours of purchase. No app or account required — copy a prompt, fill in the bracketed variables, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes. Your purchase includes a single-user commercial and personal license, so you can use every prompt in your own business or for client deliverables without restriction.
