Architecture & System Overview
Content calendars fail in week three. Not because the ideas ran out, but because the plan assumed a month with no illness, no urgent request and no week where nothing got made.
The Content Operations Workflow is a 138-prompt playbook covering pillar strategy, calendars that survive, social scheduling, repurposing, influencer collaboration, UGC briefs and collection, affiliate programmes, and publishing platforms.
Start with the Content Primer — paste in your team size, the capacity you genuinely have, your channels and your pillars — and every prompt after it plans against what you can actually produce.
Calendars are built with a deliberate buffer and a pre-agreed cut order, so a bad fortnight costs you the least important pieces rather than the whole plan. The influencer section screens on audience overlap rather than follower count, since a creator with the wrong 200,000 followers is worth less than one with the right 4,000. And the UGC prompts settle usage rights before the content exists — the alternative is discovering you cannot run your best customer video as a paid ad.

Verified User Feedback
The consistency audit was uncomfortable
Fed it a quarter of output and it found we were publishing across six themes while claiming three pillars, and our best performers were all outside them. That last part reframed the whole strategy.
Cut order saved a bad month
Having decided in advance what gets dropped when things go wrong meant a bad three weeks cost us two low-value posts rather than the whole calendar and the usual guilt spiral.
UGC rights before the content exists
We had a great customer video we legally could not use in ads because nobody agreed rights up front. The brief template fixed that going forward. Wish we had it a year ago.
Publishing platforms section is small
Twelve prompts on Medium and similar. Fine, but if long-form publishing is your main channel this is not deep enough on its own.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the separate systems you used to sell?
It is all of them, in one purchase. Content Strategy & Pillar Plan, Content Calendar & Distribution Plan, Social Media Content Calendar Builder, Influencer Outreach & Collaboration Plan, UGC Brief & Collection System, Affiliate Program & Outreach Plan, Medium Article Outline & Draft System are now sections inside this toolkit, alongside 1 more that were never sold separately. Bought individually they came to $135.
How does this differ from the Blog & Content toolkit?
Blog & Content is about writing the pieces — outlines, drafts, editing, SEO briefs. This is about running the operation around them: what to make, when, who makes it, how it gets distributed and repurposed, and the partner programmes that scale it. Teams of one often need both; teams of several usually split them.
Does it help if I have no team?
Yes, and the capacity prompts matter more when you are solo, because the failure mode is planning a team's output for one person. Influencer and affiliate sections assume a budget and will be less relevant early.
Will it tell me to drop a channel?
Yes, and the Primer sets a standing rule to do so rather than helping you post more consistently to something that is not working. Most small teams are spread across at least one channel too many.
How is it delivered?
You receive a PDF with all 138 prompts organized into 8 sections, delivered within 24 hours of purchase. No app or account required — copy a prompt, fill in the bracketed variables, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes. Your purchase includes a single-user commercial and personal license, so you can use every prompt in your own business or for client deliverables without restriction.
