Architecture & System Overview
A Discord with four hundred members and no conversation is worth less than one with forty people who talk. A newsletter with a big list and no reason to open it is a liability you pay for monthly.
The Community & Publishing Stack is a 126-prompt playbook covering Discord servers, moderation and culture, Substack and newsletters, paid tiers and sponsorship, Reddit, Quora and answer platforms, and owned versus rented audience.
Start with the Audience Primer — paste in your niche, the platforms you are on, your real numbers and where your people actually gather — and every prompt after it works your situation.
The Discord section spends as much attention on month three as on launch, because a server that goes quiet is the normal outcome and reviving one is a different job from starting one. The Reddit prompts read a subreddit's actual norms before you post, since the self-promotion line sits in a completely different place in each community and crossing it is not recoverable.
And the final section asks which platform dependency is genuinely worth accepting. The answer is rarely all of them.

Told me to delete half my channels
I had eighteen channels and about six active members. The revival diagnostic said my quiet was dilution, not disinterest, and that consolidating was the fix. Cut to five channels and conversation actually started happening.
First ten issues framing
Treating the first ten newsletter issues as the thing that defines what the publication is, rather than just starting and seeing, gave me a much clearer product. Conversion to paid at issue twelve was better than I expected.
Saved me from a Reddit ban
The norm-reading prompt looked at the subreddit I was about to post in and concluded that any link from a new account would be removed regardless of quality. It was right — I lurked and contributed for a month instead.
Quora section feels the thinnest
Discord and Substack are both substantial. Quora gets sixteen prompts and reads more like a bonus than a section. Everything else earns the price.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the separate systems you used to sell?
It is all of them, in one purchase. Discord Community Launch & Engagement Plan, Substack Launch & Promotion Plan, Reddit Value-Post & AMA Planner, Quora Answer & Authority Builder are now sections inside this toolkit, alongside 3 more that were never sold separately. Bought individually they came to $74.
Is this for building a community or a newsletter?
Both, and the sections are separable — Discord and moderation are 38 prompts, Substack and paid tiers are 40. The Audience Primer asks what you are building and the prompts weight accordingly. Reddit and Quora are the acquisition side that feeds either.
Will the Reddit prompts get me banned?
They are written to prevent that. The norm-reading prompt comes before any posting prompt, because the self-promotion line is set per-subreddit and crossing it usually means a permanent ban with no appeal. If a subreddit's rules make promotion impossible, the prompts tell you so rather than finding a workaround.
Does it cover Circle, Slack or Skool rather than Discord?
The structure, onboarding, moderation and revival material transfers directly — those are community problems, not Discord problems. Anything genuinely Discord-specific, like roles and channel permissions, is named as such.
How is it delivered?
You receive a PDF with all 126 prompts organized into 7 sections, delivered within 24 hours of purchase. No app or account required — copy a prompt, fill in the bracketed variables, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes. Your purchase includes a single-user commercial and personal license, so you can use every prompt in your own business or for client deliverables without restriction.
