Architecture & System Overview
Teachers do not need more ideas. They need the planning, differentiating, rubric-writing and parent-emailing done faster so there is time left for teaching.
The Classroom Teacher Workflow is a 152-prompt playbook covering lesson planning, secondary and subject planning, worksheets and quizzes, rubrics and grading, behaviour and classroom management, IEPs and accommodations, differentiation and special education, ESL and language support, parent communication, and sub packs and contingency.
Start with the Classroom Primer — paste in your grade, subject, class size, the range of abilities in the room and your standards framework — and every prompt after it plans for your actual class rather than an imaginary one.
The differentiation prompts produce one lesson at three access levels rather than three lessons, because that is what is realistically possible in a week. The quiz prompts build distractors that reveal a specific misconception, so a wrong answer tells you what to reteach. And the sub pack section exists because every teacher intends to prepare one and almost nobody does until the morning they wake up ill.
Anything touching a student's formal plan or a safeguarding concern is flagged for your SENCO, counsellor or safeguarding lead rather than answered.

Three access levels, one printable set
Differentiation advice usually means writing three lessons, which nobody has time for. One lesson with three entry points and shared bookends is the first version of this I have actually been able to sustain.
Built my sub folder in one evening
Three weeks later I was off with flu and the cover teacher taught it without a single message to me. Ten years I had been meaning to do this.
Distractors that reveal the misconception
My quizzes used to have three obviously wrong answers. Now each wrong option maps to a specific misunderstanding and marking tells me what to reteach.
Careful about student data, as it should be
It repeatedly refuses to work with named students and pushes safeguarding questions to the right people. Slightly slower to use, obviously correct.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the separate systems you used to sell?
It is all of them, in one purchase. Teacher Lesson Plan Generator (Elementary), Teacher Lesson Plan Generator (High School), Worksheet & Quiz Generator, Rubric & Grading Criteria Builder, Classroom Behavior Management Plan, IEP Goal & Accommodation Planner, Special Education Activity Builder, ESL Lesson & Conversation Plan, Physical Education Activity Planner, Parent-Teacher Conference Script, Substitute Teacher Lesson Pack, Field Trip Planning & Permission System, STEM Project Idea Generator, Educational Infographic Brief Builder are now sections inside this toolkit. Bought individually they came to $269.
Does it align to a specific curriculum or standards framework?
The Classroom Primer asks which framework you work under and the prompts reference it. It cannot verify that a plan meets a particular standard — you still check that. What it does is stop producing plans written for a different country's system.
Is it safe to use for IEP and safeguarding work?
The IEP prompts help you draft measurable goals and translate accommodations into classroom practice, which is documentation support. Anything involving a safeguarding concern, a diagnosis, or a formal decision about a student is explicitly flagged for your SENCO, counsellor or safeguarding lead. Do not put student names into any AI tool.
Elementary or secondary?
Both, with dedicated sections for each. Elementary gets the larger lesson planning section; secondary gets unit sequencing and subject scaffolding. Rubrics, behaviour, differentiation, parent communication and sub packs apply across both.
How is it delivered?
You receive a PDF with all 152 prompts organized into 10 sections, delivered within 24 hours of purchase. No app or account required — copy a prompt, fill in the bracketed variables, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes. Your purchase includes a single-user commercial and personal license, so you can use every prompt in your own business or for client deliverables without restriction.
