The Upwork Freelancer Suite
132 copy-paste AI prompts for winning and running client work — profile copy, proposals that get read, discovery calls, pricing, status updates, scope creep and repeat business.
Key Capabilities & Features:
- •The Freelancer Primer: paste your service, niche, rates and current metrics once — every prompt after it writes for your profile
- •Job selection prompts that read a post for the client's real constraint and tell you when to skip it, because connects spent on a bad-fit job cost more than the connects
- •Proposals tailored from something specific in the post, since the templated opener is the single most common reason a proposal is not read
- •JSS-aware feedback prompts — handling a client heading toward a poor rating before the contract closes, not after
- •132 prompts across 8 sections — profile & positioning, proposals, job selection & connects, discovery calls and more
- •Works with ChatGPT (GPT-5), Claude Opus 5 and Gemini 3.7 Flash — fill the bracket, paste, done
One-time payment • Lifetime access & future updates

Architecture & System Overview
Most freelancers lose on Upwork before they write anything, by applying to the wrong jobs. The proposal is the visible problem; job selection is the actual one.
The Upwork Freelancer Suite is a 132-prompt playbook covering profile and positioning, proposals, job selection and connects, discovery calls, pricing and contracts, client communication, scope and change requests, and feedback and repeat work.
Start with the Freelancer Primer — paste in what you do, your niche, your rates and your current metrics — and every prompt after it writes for your profile rather than for freelancing in general.
The job selection section reads a post for what the client is actually constrained by — budget, timeline, or not knowing what they need — and tells you when to skip. Connects spent on a job you were never going to win cost more than the connects; they cost the proposal you did not write for a job you could have.
The scope section gives you the sentence, not the principle. Everyone knows they should push back on a fixed-price job that has drifted; almost nobody has the words ready when it happens.
And the feedback prompts are written around protecting your Job Success Score, including the conversation with a client heading toward a poor rating while the contract is still open — which is the only point at which it can be changed.

Verified User Feedback
It told me to skip about half the jobs I was applying to
Low hire rate, budget that did not match the brief, vague scope. Applying to fewer, better-matched posts took my win rate from roughly one in twelve to one in four with the same connects.
Openers that are not interchangeable
The rule that an opener must be impossible to send to a different post forced me to actually read the briefs. Reply rate roughly tripled and it took no more time.
Saved a JSS hit
Client was drifting toward unhappy and I would have let the contract close and hoped. The prompt for raising it while the contract is still open got it resolved and a five-star instead.
Assumes you have a niche
The positioning section pushes hard toward specialising. Correct advice, but if you are a generalist by necessity it will keep telling you something you cannot act on yet.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this get me more jobs?
It should get you a better ratio, which matters more. The job selection section will often tell you to apply to fewer jobs — connects spent on posts you were never going to win are the most common waste on the platform. Better proposals on better-chosen jobs beats volume.
Does it work for other freelance platforms?
Largely. Proposals, discovery, pricing, scope and client communication transfer to Contra, Toptal or direct clients. Connects, Job Success Score and badge mechanics are Upwork-specific and the prompts name them as such.
Is there overlap with the Fiverr toolkit?
Very little. Fiverr is a gig marketplace where buyers come to you and the work is packaged in advance. Upwork is proposal-based, where you apply to briefs and scope is negotiated. The client communication and scope material overlaps; nothing else does.
How is it delivered?
You receive a PDF with all 132 prompts organized into 8 sections, delivered within 24 hours of purchase. No app or account required — copy a prompt, fill in the bracketed variables, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes. Your purchase includes a single-user commercial and personal license, so you can use every prompt in your own business or for client deliverables without restriction.
