Architecture & System Overview
Most self-improvement systems are designed for a week that never happens. They assume a clear morning, no interruptions, and a version of you that does not get ill or have a bad Monday.
The Habits & Focus Protocol is a 124-prompt playbook covering habit design, morning and evening routines, sleep, focus and attention, weekly reviews, goals and direction, journaling and reflection, mindfulness and stress, and learning and hobbies.
Start with the Week Primer — paste in your actual schedule, when your energy is good and bad, and what keeps failing — and every prompt after it designs around your real constraints.
The habit prompts spend as much attention on the day you miss it as on the day you start, because one missed day is normal and two in a row is how habits end. Every routine has an explicit minimum version for bad days, so a hard week costs you a reduced routine rather than the whole thing. And the focus section makes you identify what is genuinely breaking your attention, which is often not the phone.
The stress and mindfulness prompts are practical rather than clinical, and are explicit about where ordinary stress ends and a conversation with a doctor or therapist begins.

The missed-day protocol is the whole thing
Designing what I do after a miss before I missed anything sounds trivial and completely changed the outcome. Nine weeks in with three missed days and no spiral, which has never happened before.
It refused to tell me to wake up earlier
Asked for a morning routine and instead of the usual 5am advice it worked around my actual schedule and found time in the evening. First routine I have kept past a month.
Told me to drop a goal
I had been failing at the same habit for two years. It walked through the threshold question and concluded the habit did not fit my life rather than that I lacked discipline. Enormous relief.
Hobbies section is very small
Habits, routines and focus are all substantial. Learning and hobbies is six prompts, which is more of an afterthought than a section.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the separate systems you used to sell?
It is all of them, in one purchase. Habit-Stacking & Routine Builder, Morning & Evening Routine Designer, Sleep Optimization Routine Builder, Weekly Review & Reflection System, Life Vision & Goal-Setting System, Meditation & Mindfulness Script Generator, Stress-Management & Journaling System, Digital Detox & Focus Plan, Hobby Discovery & Skill Roadmap, Personal Library & Reading List Builder are now sections inside this toolkit. Bought individually they came to $194.
Is this another productivity system I have to maintain?
Deliberately not. The weekly review is fifteen minutes, tracking is kept minimal, and the prompts are written to avoid building a system that becomes its own job. If a suggestion requires more upkeep than the habit it supports, it is the wrong suggestion.
Does it help with anxiety or low mood?
It covers practical stress management, journaling and short mindfulness practices, which help many people with ordinary pressure. It is not therapy and does not pretend to be — the prompts are explicit about when something should go to a doctor or therapist instead.
Will it tell me to wake up at 5am?
No. The Week Primer sets a standing rule against suggesting an earlier wake time as a first resort, because it is the laziest advice in this category and usually just borrows from sleep.
How is it delivered?
You receive a PDF with all 124 prompts organized into 9 sections, delivered within 24 hours of purchase. No app or account required — copy a prompt, fill in the bracketed variables, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes. Your purchase includes a single-user commercial and personal license, so you can use every prompt in your own business or for client deliverables without restriction.
